1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat shipping rate of Β£4.99 on all orders across the United Kingdom. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders β check our current promotions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the carrier's website.
6. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@asverio.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
