We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Asverio will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalised or custom-made items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@asverio.com with photos of the damage.
