Yes! You can cancel or modify your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched. Once dispatched, our Returns Policy applies. Contact us immediately at support@asverio.com

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes β€” a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.

Q: Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: How long does delivery take?
We offer Standard Shipping only β€” estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days within the United Kingdom.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of Β£4.99 on all orders across the United Kingdom. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Q: My order hasn't arrived β€” what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@asverio.com and we will investigate immediately.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Q: How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Q: My item arrived damaged β€” what do I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@asverio.com with photos of the damage and we will resolve it immediately.
